Senator kalu pays tribute to late elder statesman, Chief Edwin Clarke

Senator representing Abia North senatorial district, Orji Uzor kalu has paid tribute to late Ijaw National leader and renowned elder statesman, Chief Edwin Kiagbodo Clark who died Tuesday at the age of 97.
The distinguished senator and chairman senate committee on Privatization & South East Development commission in a statement made available to Seaflypo News remembered the late statesman for his dedication to the advancement of the Niger Delta and Nigeria.
Senator kalu stated that leaders, at the National and sub-National levels, benefited from Chief Clark’s astute advice on matters pertaining to the Country and the Niger Delta.
He described the Chief Edwin Clarke as a Nationalist, a great man and prayed God to grant the late Chief Edwin Clarke eternal rest and paradise.
